We use Notion AI daily; the honest read is it saves not "writing" but "organizing." Auto-extracting action items from meeting notes, cross-page Q&A like "where's last quarter's A-project quote" — that ability to pull scattered knowledge together is worth more than raw text generation. But the repricing genuinely stings: the old per-need $10 stack is gone, now the whole team jumps to Business, small teams pay double for AI. Our advice: if the team is already on Plus and truly uses AI to organize docs, Business pays off; don't buy it just to chat — use ChatGPT. Pilot Custom Agents in a small scope and watch credits so month-end doesn't shock you.
