When we build light internal tools for clients, Taskade's Genesis genuinely saves — a client portal generated as a mini-app, no developer needed. But "does everything" also means don't expect deep single points; for pure project management we still trust dedicated tools. Our advice: individuals/freelancers start at Starter, small teams Pro is enough to build internal tools, unlimited users needs Business. Pitfall: monthly numbers fight across pages — trust checkout; watch credits so agents don't stall at month end.
