What matters most for a "half-technical" team like ours is Design mode — it reads the design system first, edits locally by selection, and exports Figma and code, turning AI image generation from a one-shot toy into a drivable production step. For teams building sites and assets, this requirement→design→code chain saves more than point tools. But we must be clear: its core narrative is still "developer-friendly." Work mode is usable for non-technical roles, yet the multi-mode plus Skills learning cost is real, and a pure clerical colleague may freeze on open. Our advice: developer teams go straight in, use Design mode as a prototype weapon; non-technical teams start with concrete Work-mode jobs like weekly reports and data cleaning, not the mode system. Enterprise features are its true value (permissions, audit, sandbox); the free tier is mostly a taste. On opaque pricing, get sales to quote clearly before buying.
